You can pay your deposit and balance with any legal method. If you choose electronic bank transfer, you must cover the transfer fees to ensure the company gets the total amount on your invoice in the currency specified.

If you cancel your trip after booking, a fee will be deducted from your advance payment. The amount depends on when you cancel:
• 90 days or more before: 30% deduction
• 60 days before: 50% deduction
• 45 days before: 75% deduction
• 30 days or less: 100% of total trip cost lost.

All The Adventure Face clients must have the necessary insurance coverage for their selected trek. It is essential to verify that your policy includes provisions for helicopter evacuation, medical rescue, and repatriation expenses to guarantee a safe and worry-free adventure.

• 100% of the trip cost must be paid as the booking amount in advance to confirm your reservation.
• Booking amount paid in advance before 90 days qualifies for a 5% discount, offering a cost-effective incentive for early reservations.
• Guests who are interested in booking a hotel room with us are encouraged to make their reservations ahead of time, ensuring availability, albeit with an added fee for this convenience.
• Any extra day that guests wish to add beyond the planned itinerary will result in an additional charge. This additional day also applies in situations such as inclement weather, when The Adventure Face is unable to proceed with the trek as outlined, necessitating guests to remain at the site.
• Please ensure you bring with you a valid photo ID such as a Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, or Passport as it is a requirement for entry at the forest check posts throughout the trekking journey. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
• A medical certificate, confirming your physical fitness for the trek, is a necessary document to be submitted to the local authorities prior to embarking on the journey.
• Trekking equipment, essential for your outdoor adventures, can be conveniently rented through our services. Prior to booking, we encourage you to inquire about the availability of the gear to ensure a seamless experience on your trekking expedition.
